Babcock Pond is a quiet pond located in Babcock Pond Wildlife Management Area. While it does have a boat launch, the maximum depth of 6 feet and the 8 mile per hour speed limit, makes this the perfect place for a relaxing, bass fishing get-a-way.
Facilities and Parks:
There is a boat launch at Route 16 east of intersection with Route 149. Access is on the south side of Route 16 at Wildlife Observation Area.
Fishing Description:
The shallowness of Babcock Pond makes it perfect for early spring bass fishing.
